We loved staying here. The location is perfect - easy to get around with public transport and surrounded by trees in a peaceful area. Being right on the lakeside gave us gorgeous views. Our room was comfy and had all the amenities we needed, including a heating system and tea/coffee making facilities. We appreciated the shared kitchen area and the carpeted floors. It was also nice to have a lounge and picnic area here to relax in. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly, making our stay even better.
We recommend this hotel to families.

Great location, just a short walk to the town center and the lake. Clean and spacious rooms with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Best of all, the price was affordable.
Some cleanliness issues, such as a half-eaten biscuit and dirty socks in the room, and toilets not being cleaned daily.

Two complementary facts offered upon arrival were a nice surprise. the location was central, walking distance to many attractions. Free Wi-Fi was a nice perk.
The cleanliness of the room was questionable. the bathroom had not been properly cleaned in some time, and the towels were not fresh.
